The Covid-19 pandemic has made any sort of planning difficult, and that includes trying to plan any sort of travel, vacation, or family holiday. Adding to the confusion is that different regions are operating under different restrictions, so booking any sort of family mini-break can take a fair bit of figuring out. So we have created our Covid-19 promise to ensure that you can book your 2022 trip worry-free.
Our Covid-19 Promise for all properties booked in the United Kingdom.
Booking a holiday should be exciting and not worrying. Here at Stays.co.uk, we want to take the stress away should there be another lockdown. When booking with Stays.co.uk, you can rest assured that our team will be ready to move or cancel your booking if need be.
We promise:
There are UK Government restrictions due to the Coronavirus outbreak which make going on your holiday impossible or The property or location you have booked is legally closed to visitors due to the Coronavirus outbreak
....then you will be entitled to any of the following options:
a) transfer your holiday to new data in 2022 or 2023, free of charge
b) get a voucher for the value of your holiday, to spend on any Stays.co.uk break, to take place before the end of 2022/23.
c) cancel your booking and receive a refund to the value of your booking.
All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see our Terms and Conditions. Please note this is only for bookings made directly through Stays.co.uk all offsite bookings are subject to the terms and conditions stated on that particular website.
