1, Sea View is a compact, old fashioned cottage in a superb location and if the most important criteria is cleanliness then you are home and dry if you book this property. The location allows you to watch the comings and goings around the beach area and you can dip in and out of the town all day from the rear door. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, parking close to property a big plus given seafront location. Padlock to carpark temperamental. Could not get DVD player to work, very limited channels available on TV but neither were the end of the world for us. Contact with company excellent. The location of the property in both Looe and Cornwall is excellent. The property benefits from private parking which is superb given its seafront location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice cottage in excellent location. Small but perfectly formed! Lovely hot shower and a comfortable bed and the parking was so close we just carried our cases from the carpark to the cottage! We loved it. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at 1 Seaview. Perfect spot to use the lovely sandy beach on your doorstep. Don't need to use your car if you like to walk. Lovely place to stay would recommend this cottage. Free parking space is a bonus.
