Wonderfully spacious, this love nest offers a lovely open-plan living space with a spectacular German designer kitchen an dining area. Cook up a feast using fresh local produce purchased from the nearby North Creake farmer’s market and deli after a busy day exploring, or choose to relax in the sitting area with floor to ceiling windows on the comfy leather sofas in front of the fabulous wood burning stove, or dine alfresco on warmer and sunnier days in the charming enclosed decked courtyard garden.
Upstairs the cleverly designed master bedroom forms a mezzanine level over the sitting room. After a good night's rest, wake yourself up in the fabulous wet room with its floor to ceiling marble plus ceiling-mounted rainfall shower before heading out for the day.
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge) - due to the open construction of the staircase and the hand rail to the top floor it is extremely important that dogs are kept downstairs.
Children over the age of 16 years are welcome - there is a open tread steel staircase to the mezzanine floor with an open hand rail at the top (not suitable for children).
The arrival time is 6pm unless otherwise stated in your arrival information. Check-out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

Sliding doors hide a large cupboard with hanging space and shelving, a cupboard housing the washing machine, small table top freezer and vacuum cleaner etc and a behind the green door the clever hidden wet room.

Contemporary galley style kitchen with deep storage drawers running on both sides and American walnut work surfaces, a large island facing the sitting area with the sink and drainer, there is a six ring induction hob with integrated combination microwave/oven below, integral dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine and fridge. There is a bistro style dining table and stools by the window to the front of the property and french doors out to the patio at the rear.
Lovely room with a full height ceiling at the atrium of the window over the garden. A feature, circular wood burning stove, large flatscreen television and DVD player and docking station.
With a king-size bed and multi pitched ceiling (restricted headroom in some areas), forming a mezzanine level above the living area below, the balcony has a view out over the garden area through the ceiling height windows in the sitting room. There is another apex window to the front which can be opened.
To the rear is a charming enclosed decked courtyard garden with a table and four chairs.
To the front of the property is a shingle drive with parking for two cars.
For adventurer's there are many great walks and cycle routes right from the cottage and of course there is nearby Burnham Market which offers numerous shopping and dining opportunities.
Horatio Nelson's birthplace Burnham Thorpe is an easy drive too, as are the beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea with its pretty beach huts and white sands, and as is the 'norm' for Norfolk, dogs are welcome all year round.
Most pubs and restaurants welcome dogs, and some pubs and cafe's even cater for your pampered pooch, so bring don't leave them behind, bring them with you!
Wine enthusiasts should definitely head to Burn Valley Vineyard. Amble down the vine rows before heading back to the winery to sample their fantastic latest vintages accompanied by a charcuterie platter.
South Creake is a small quiet village in Norfolk in the valley of the little River Burn. Surrounded by rolling fields it is a great place to unwind, yet it is close to the North Norfolk coast with its beautiful beaches, quaint villages, and many attractions and activities that are held throughout the year. The village is home to the York Trust, founded in 1985 to promote arts a music and the large medieval church host concerts by international musicians organised by the North Norfolk Music Festival.
Neighbouring North Creake hosts its renowned Farmer's Market on the first Saturday of every month but even when this isn't running, Creake Abbey is well worth a visit.
Burham Market with its numerous boutiques, cafe's, restaurants, art galleries and antique centre's as well as deli, fishmonger's and butcher's is a must for any visitor. Head to the famous Hoste, where you can enjoy a glass of real ale by the fire on a winter's day.
