Close to communal car parking and the site facilities this spacious 3 bedroom property, sleeping 6, is ideal for the larger family or two couples alike. There is an A frame picnic bench on the patio to the front of the property, ideal to sit out in the warm evening sunshine.
The property is well appointed with the recent addition of electric wall heaters throughout, making it a cosy property for those chilly autumn evenings. The downstairs layout comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Currently the property has two large sofas and an armchair, which is due to be replaced with a large corner sofa and armchair, TV/DVD and a dining table and chairs for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, double oven, microwave and under counter fridge with ice box compartment.
There is also a twin bedroom downstairs which has a single wardrobe,chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, with an door to the rear and also a shower room comprising of a Shower/Enclosure, WHB and WC.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.
The Double bedroom features a built in wardrobe/hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables, whilst the Twin bedroom consists of two single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Their is a space in this room for cot.
The bathroom comprises of a Bath with hand held shower, WHB, WC and heated towel rail.
This property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and the golden sand. Just a short drive to Hayle town, then St Ives and Penzance. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include:

The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop.
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are travelling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!
