We have just enjoyed another lovely holiday in this well appointed holiday home. We enjoyed seeing the old haunts again and the weather was kind. Thanks again for the comfortable arrangement.

We have had a lovely few days here in your gorgeous cosy cottage. We have enjoyed lots of beach walks (despite the weather). Highly recommend Black Rock Sands and Harlech. Also had a trip to Abersoch which we enjoyed. Zip World a must! As previous visitors have noted, The Indian restaurant is delicious - we had a take away. We will be back to climb Snowdon - an injury prevented me from doing it on this trip.

Another lovely week at our home from home. Weather glorious for Easter. Plenty of time spent on the beach and also paddling in the strems. Ospreys have now laid 3 eggs. Lovely bluebells in the lane just up from the cottage. We did an Easter Egg Hunt at Ty Isaf, Beddgelert and also at Dylan's in Criccieth. Can't wait to come back. Until next time cottage!

It was very quiet location and great watching the trains pass above us. Very picturesque area with seaside within easy reach, lots of vintage trains. Great for walking. Really clean area, with no rubbish on the beaches or in the hedgerows. The holiday property is highly recommended.

Great week in this "home from home" cottage. Even the weather was good - a couple of wet mornings but for the most part dry and reasonably warmish. Plenty of good walking in the stunning scenery and plenty of Ffestiniog Railway trains running past the cottage. Watched the practice launch of the lifeboat at Criccieth on Thursday evening - well worth seeing.

This is an excellent property, hence several return visits. It is small but perfect for a holiday with the definite advantage of it's own off-road parking space. There are rough slate steps to the upper garden area, but this is wholy in-keeping with the area. To emphasis how good it is, I would be happy to own this cottage.
