Prices for the 2020 season include full bed linen (beds made up) and towels for the whole property.

Snug seating area - There is a small area off to the front of the main living space with two large comfy leather arm chairs beside the patio doors.
Kitchen - Open kitchen area fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob/oven, microwave, and plenty of surface space.
Downstairs shower room - fully equipped modern shower room with toilet, sink and large mirror.
Master bedroom - King Size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe. Views to the front aspect. Patio door onto balcony with bench seating.
Twin bedroom - Twin single beds, bedside table, TV/Video, 5 drawer unit and some hanging hooks.
Double bedroom - Small 4' Double bed, large wardrobe with shelving, wonderful woodland views across the fields to the rear.
Upstairs Shower room - Modern beach themed shower room. Shower cubicle, sink unit with themed mirror, toilet.
Small patio area to the front of the property.
Please note duvets and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring bed linen and personal linen such as towels and tea towels.
The property has use of the site facilities which are open March - November and include:

Out of season, this property is ideal for fresh air enthusiasts. It is double glazed, well insulated and has a modern heating system. The Cornish coastline is renowned for its stunning walks as well as for the fabulous, world famous surfing conditions. The owners of No 36 are keen cyclists and will be making bike stands available during the Autumn/Winter months, so that bikes can be stored safely indoors at the property. For those who use bike computers, they also have a large selection of Garmin cycle routes available for you to download. Please request these when booking.
The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop.
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day.
LINEN INCLUDED FROM MARCH 28th 2020 - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied.. You have the option of not having linen at all, simply asking for the beds you need to be made up or have all beds made up for your arrival. Save money and help the planet. See Linen for details.
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!
The property is situated on the Tolroy Manor holiday park, approximately one mile south of Hayle and approximately two miles from the beach. This lovely rural area is ideal for visiting both the north coast and south coast of Cornwall, being only a few miles from both. Hayle with all its amenities, restaurants, shops and beaches are close at hand and St. Ives is about six miles away, on the north coast and Penzance about the same distance to the south.
The fabulous three mile long Hayle Beach is only minutes away by car and accessed from several points along the bay.
