A large duck pond, children’s playground and the wonderful Duck Inn (arguably one of the best pub restaurants on the coast) are all within walking distance of the barn. A five minute drive will take you to the Georgian village of Burnham Market with its fashionable boutiques, cafes, deli, wine merchant and the acclaimed Hoste Arms hotel. The beautiful coast and its magnificent beaches are only a ten minute drive away.

To the rear of the property there is a courtyard garden with willow fencing, wooden garden furniture for eight and a Weber barbecue.The property is set back from the lane in a quiet position.
There is a brick/timber car port as well as additional parking for 3 vehicles.



Centred around the large duck pond otherwise known as ‘the pit’, there are many traditional houses built with local flint, chalk and brick, roofed with curved red tiles - a very pretty village. Built around the farming community the village sign represents their agricultural heritage.
Stanhoe has no street lights, and on a clear night the sky is full of stars.The Duck Inn is a brilliant gastro pub serving outstanding food, defiantly worth booking. There is a good play area behind the reading rooms.
Stanhoe is just down the road from Docking and conveniently close to the Burnham Market and the coast.
