Located in the heart of this pretty coastal town, this is the ideal property for a family seaside holiday as it is less than a minute to the beach. This tastefully decorated and elegant terraced house provides comfortable accommodation for up to seven people.
With Aldeburgh’s renowned shingle beach just a few metres from the front door, the town’s popular high street shops and restaurants one road away, the yacht club a short walk and the Brudenell Hotel, with its reputable restaurant and outside terrace, literally over the road, what more could one ask of a holiday location?
With the beach being quite so close there is little need for your own outside space, but should you wish to enjoy an al fresco drink at the end of the day, there is an open area to back of the house - perfect for catching the evening sun.
The property is also ideal for dog-owners as, with the property being located at the yacht club end of town, dogs are allowed on this section of beach year-round. The main beach does not allow dogs between May and September.

Outside:
There is an open area to the back of the house where it is possible to have a barbeque but this space is not enclosed or private.
Directly behind the house is an off-road parking space. Guests will almost always be able to use this for themselves - an added bonus as parking in Aldeburgh during the summer can be a challenge.
There are wind breaks available for use on the beach.
7 Brudenell Street is situated just off the seafront in Aldeburgh with its large expanse of shingle beach. It is minutes from the High Street where there are numerous independent shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the marshes. Although there are a number of restaurants serving fantastic food, there is nothing quite like enjoying fish and chips on the beach.
Besides the beach and sailing opportunities there are other activities on offer in the local area. The Suffolk Coast & Heaths is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fantastic walking and lots of pubs for refreshments. Head out on the Sailor’s Path to Snape and call in at the Crown or Plough & Sail for a tasty snack to recharge the batteries.
Exploring further afield, the market towns of Southwold and Woodbridge are both worth a visit and Framlingham has a busy market on a Saturday with lots of local produce on offer. It also boasts the castle which dominates the skyline. Whether you choose to only explore Aldeburgh or head off to other parts of the coast, your stay at 7 Brudenell is sure to leave you relaxed.
