We thought it was a very good apartment for the family, very spacious, secure and clean. Residents were friendly and didn't seem to mind our noisy children ! Really liked the provision of board games, good wi-fi, netflix and nintendo and multiple usb points for recharging i-pads etc. Very useful for keeping kids occupied on rainy days. Some electrical points need looking at though and some windows don't close properly. Lovely gardens which were well kept. Would recommend

Property is ideal for families. Close to the beach (no main roads to cross) - 15minute walk down the dyke. Car Park for beach only 200yds from it & excellent kiosk. Handy for buses to Wells and Hunstanton. Well equipped kitchen and games and books for the children.

An amazing base for exploring North and West Norfolk. The property has lots of space and storage, lovely decor and great to be able to leave the car and walk to Brancaster Beach. Would certainly recommend.
