Anchorage View is a stylish and comfortable, wonderfully light and airy modern house, with a lovely family feel about it.
Sleeping nine, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor and two upstairs bedrooms, with an additional seating area and a decked balcony and fabulous views over the open countryside. A wonderful open plan living area is the main hub downstairs with natural stone floors, underfloor heating, a wood burning stove and plenty of comfy seating. There's a large dining table with seating for twelve, great for families, friends and entertaining.
The south facing garden has a patio area, gas barbecue and table tennis table for extra entertainment and the front of the house has parking space for three cars and/or a small trailer/boat.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular area of Branodunum, Anchorage View is within easy walking distance of a good pub/restaurant, the playing field and the coastal path.

The two sets of bunk beds are more suitable for children but could accommodate adults who don't mind sharing.

A wonderful light and airy triple aspect room with windows to the front and side and french doors onto the rear garden.There are two large sofas and three comfy armchairs, some of which sit in front of the wonderful wood burning stove. There is a second seating area where you can enjoy films on the Smart TV or enjoy a film on the DVD player. This wonderful space is open to the kitchen/dining area.
A modern and well equipped contemporary style kitchen with free standing fridge/freezer (4 drawer freezer), oak worktops, dishwasher and a Belling double oven with electric grill, gas hob and cooker hood. There is a wonderful large dining table which can comfortably seat up to twelve people. A door leads through to the utility room.
With washing machine, tumble dryer, stainless steel sink with mixer tap and drainer.

A wall of open shelving houses the flatscreen television with DVD player and a range of DVD's which can be enjoyed from the sofa and comfy chair. There is a table and 4 chairs in the corner.
A wonderful stylish decked balcony with glazed contemporary screen and views of the open countryside beyond. There is outside lighting and a table and four chairs, a great place to enjoy the view and relax with a glass of wine.
A good sized double aspect room with a single bed.

With a double shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
The rear garden is fully enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with mature shrub borders and trees offering some shade. There is a wonderful patio with table and chairs, gas barbecue and table tennis table. A gravel driveway with parking for 3 cars and/or a small trailer/boat.
Brancaster is known for its simply stunning beach. It stretches for miles backed by gentle sand dunes and the famous links golf course of The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club.
After an active day outdoors there are several pubs and restaurants to visit within a few miles. Enjoy a pizza cooked from scratch in the Jolly Sailors or if you are looking for something a little more romantic pop into The White Horse, rated The Time’s Top seafood restaurant will not disappoint.
Located in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Brancaster is a great base for lots of attractions right along the coast. You are just four miles from the bustling village of Burnham Market, with Holkham Estate and Wells beyond to the east. To the west is Titchwell RSPB Nature Reserve, as well as Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate and all that the lovely quieter west coast has to offer.
A trip to Brancaster would not be complete without tasting the famous Brancaster mussels, in season when there is an 'R' in the month.
