The sleeping accommodation is ideal for a large party of upto 7 guests, with 2 spacious Double bedrooms and single Bedroom and Bathroom to the first floor, and a spacious Loft style Master Double Bedroom with luxury en-suite Shower to the upper floor.
Outside the property a private parking space, for up to 3 cars is also provided as it is advisable for guests staying to have a mode of transport to easily reach the local amenities and attractions.
There are many local amenities within easy access and just a short drive away, from the Tennis courts, Bank and Beach which are located in Ossuccio to the wide variety of Supermarket, shops and lakefront cafes in Lenno. A visit to the historical Isola Comacina with its Island Restaurant is a memorable experience, as are the famous Villa del Balbianello and Villa Carlotta, which are both reachable by car in just under 10-15 minute’s. A regular ferry service runs nearby from Cadenabbia and Menaggio to the other resort towns of Varenna and Bellagio, which are located on the easter shore of Lake Como and which make for wonderful trips during the daytime or for meals in the evenings.
