Apartment 2 The Granary is situated on the first floor of the old granary building and boasts amazing views out over the harbour, salt marshes and to the sea and pine woods beyond.

Thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, this is an apartment for adults, and offers a perfect hideaway right in the heart of the very popular Wells-next-the-Sea.

Throughout the apartment, the views are stunning from every window.

Please note: Apartment 2 The Granary operates with slightly different arrival and departure times to the majority of our properties, check in is at 3pm and departure is by 10:30am.

First Floor:
All on one level on the first floor accessed either by stairs or by the lift. Throughout the apartment the views are breathtaking from every window.
Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen with Bosch electric oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Sitting room
Again with lovely views extending over the harbour and salt marshes towards the long sandy beaches and pine woods beyond. There is large sofa & chairs, television and DVD player, french doors opening onto a Juliette balcony.
Dining area
With dining table and seating for four guests.
Bedroom
With twin beds which may be zip-linked to make 6' bed, and fantastic views of the sea.
Bathroom
Fully tiled with bath and overhead shower, wash basin, WC and a large airing cupboard.

Outside:
There is a private permit car park for which guests are provided with the permit for the duration of their stay.



Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest.
A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine.
Bicycle hire is available on the quayside.
Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
