A rustic barn conversion tucked away in peaceful gardens in Burnham Market, immaculately presented and beautifully renovated.

Aviaries Barn is a one bedroom rustic barn conversion, full of character, tucked away in peaceful gardens in the centre of the village of Burnham Market.

It is immaculately presented and has been beautifully renovated using Pamment tiles and limed oak to create a stylish and relaxing environment to enjoy a grown-up holiday.

The downstairs bedroom, dining room and kitchen are flooded with natural light from extensive windows and french doors and the Pamment tiles are cosy underfoot with the benefit of underfloor heating. The beautiful spiral staircase takes you to the vaulted ceiling living area above, which stretches the full length of the property and has a solid limed oak floor, wood burning stove burner and comfortable deep sofas.
