Sea Esta is a characterful beach property which would suit a family or couple looking for a beachside get away. This modern property has great sea and coastal views looking over a grassy dune towards Carbis Bay and St Ives. The property has a very homely feel and has a beach theme throughout. There is car parking which has space for two cars, situated at the side of the property. Sit down and relax in the sun whilst taking in the views on the outside balcony or take a short walk down to the beach. The property is also situated within a short distance to the play area for children, so would be ideal for a family with children.

Lounge/Diner- Upgraded for 2020. Spacious and well presented kitchen / diner area. There are pair of two seater sofas, new for 2020, dining table and chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 1- Double bedroom. Large built in wardrobe and wall mounted heater, all with a nautical theme.
Bedroom 2- Double bedroom. Large built in wardrobe and wall mounted heater.
Bedroom 3- Child bunk beds with built in cupboards. No room for cot.
Kitchen- The kitchen has full size cooker, washing machine, fridge and separate counter freezer.
Shower Room- Corner fitted shower cubicle, W.H.B., W.C.
Other Features- There are French doors from the living area to a enclosed balcony with outdoor seating consisting of a table, six chairs and a bench.
Situation- Located on Riviere Towans, the site has over 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay. It is one of the oldest holiday parks in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual, privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges. Many of these have stunning sea views and all are within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and only a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches, but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied.. You have the option of not having linen at all, simply asking for the beds you need to be made up or have all beds made up for your arrival. Save money and help the planet. See Linen for details.
