Enjoyed a very friendly and professional reservation service from Kent & Sussex holiday staff. A very homely and cosy barn property ideally situated to explore Romney Marsh, Rye and Canterbury.

Thank you for two great weeks in Newchurch. However the weather had some rainy moments. We explored every castle from Bodiam to Hastings. The beaches at Camber and St Marys bay were lovely too.

We had a fab holiday. The barn is fantastic. The homeowners are great. The coast is wonderful we really loved Camber Sands, Rye and Hythe. We recommend The White Horse at Bilsington, especially the roast night on a Wednesday but suggest booking as it is popular. We all loved Lucy the dog and our girls really miss her.

We again had a wonderful time. We have been here 3 times already plus will definitely return next year!. Old Barn End has everything that one could wish for, the gardens are so colourful and pretty. The location is prefect for walking and bird watching. There are many attractive villages and places to visit such as Appledore, Tenterden and Rye. camber Sands is not too far away and Dungeness is worth visiting for its atmosphere. many thanks to you and the gorgeous Lucy and the cats!

Fantastic mini break, made better by Lucy for our girls. Thank you for being so accommodating, our stay was perfect. We had a great time exploring the local area. Dungeness, Royal Oak at Brookland and a fab day in Rye. Lovely rural setting, great accommodation and a happy stay. Two little girls have learnt to knit, and we are half way through Jonathon Livingstone Seagull - Perfect! Thank you.

A most enjoyable week, weather could have been better. Although the weather kept us in some days, this was nit a problem as the cottage was comfortable and cosy. We loved Lucy the dog. Thank you.

A lovely base for exploring. The White Cliffs of Dover were impressive and Port Lympne which was so much more than a safari park, excellent conservation work. My daughters loved Lucy the dog. Thank you for a lovely stay.
