Lovely property in an excellent, quiet location, close to sea and mountains and ideally situated for walking the beautiful Mawddach Trail. Very warm welcome from owners and lots of helpful advice given about walks in the area.

It was our second visit to this lovely cottage and we were delighted to have a holiday that was just as enjoyable, despite inclement weather.
Can't go wrong with any of the Great Little Trains of Wales.

Absolutely delightful! Charming owners; fabulous cottage; beautiful position - fields full of lambs and wonderful beach on the doorstep!
Tips: Try Norbar - a newly re-opened restaurant 2 minutes from the cottage. Fab bar-style food in a very trendy, stylish setting. Also the Mermaid fish and chips bar in Barmouth is great for a classic takeaway.

The views from the barn are stunning. However the welcome from everyone we met, especially the property hosts was so warm and friendly, we will definately return.

Would have used the raised patio area with sea views more had it not rained so much! Light and bright, upside down barn conversion was super clean.
Recommendations: The Mawddach cycling trail and Coed-y-brenin MTB centre are superb. Beautiful scenery, especially into the hills, but Barmouth town has little to offer apart from it's long beach.
