This is such a beautiful property and wonderful place to stay. Its furnished excellently, has everything you'd need and has stunning views over the Welsh countryside. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower brilliant, and it has features like skylights & a wood burning stove. We cooked for ourselves each night we stayed and had everything we needed kitchen wise. There is access to a games room, lots of books in the cabinet, and it felt so cosy sitting around the dining table with the fire going in the evening playing games. There is good parking right next to the property with the ability to pull your car right up to the door (great when you're packing the car in the Welsh rain!). The property sits in an area of no phone signal (which you are warned of!) so our car sat nav gave up before we could locate the property but there are signs to follow and good instructions supplied by the owners so you shouldn't have issue finding it. There is good, fast Wifi that you can use if the thought of having *zero* connection to the outside world scares you a bit! The property sits in front of the owners home, facing away and towards the countryside, so it felt very private. Like I mentioned, it is secluded; but it worked excellent as a base for us over the 4 days to explore more of Snowdonia National Park. Overall we were extremely happy and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Yet another wonderful stay in this beautiful barn conversion. Rhodri and Elinor were perfect hosts - always on hand but never intrusive, and gave us some great suggestions of places to visit off the beaten track. Can't wait to return next year.

This was a wonderful semi-detached barn conversion, a credit to the owners. The surrounding scenery was perfect, well worth travelling up the two miles of single track road to get there from the A470. We have stayed in many cottages over the years but this was the best.

The barn conversion is absolutely stunning and contained everything we need. The owner, Rhodri, gave us a warm. Welsh welcome on arrival and was on hand if we needed anything, but otherwise the cottage was wonderfully secluded. We enjoyed so many lovely days out and relaxing evenings cosy in front of the log burner. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday - four nights was just not enough and we truly can't wait to return. I'd highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
