With floor to ceiling windows and skylights throughout this light and airy house has a wonderful sense of space. With its open plan living area, it is the perfect place for socialising for a family, couples or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape. Located on a private road you will find it a really peaceful place to relax after a day out on the vast sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, (only a 5-minute stroll away), or after exploring one of the many other attractions that Norfolk has to offer.
For the golfing enthusiasts, you are a walk away from the fabulous Hunstanton Golf Club with its stunning seaside Links course, and after a bracing round of golf you can satisfy your appetite and thirst at one of two local pubs or the Michelin starred restaurant (The Neptune), which are only a stone’s throw away.
Please note: Bramley sleeps four, but for a larger group, there is also the option of sleeping an extra 2 people on a good quality double sofa bed in the Sitting room. (There is an additional charge of £100 for this option – please request on booking).

With internal sliding doors so it can be separated from the open plan living area, large comfy sofa which converts to a double bed (additional cost of £100, and please request on booking), 40”inch Sony flat screen television with Freeview channels, Sony video and Netflix, a Bluetooth Digital DAB Wireless radio with speakers and base unit. Large sliding doors lead onto the rear garden with patio area.

The house is situated in a quiet private unmade road less than five minutes’ walk to the beach.
The gardens are private and enclosed by fencing to the rear and mature hedging and a gate to the front, garden furniture, barbecue.
Parking in the driveway for two cars or one car and a boat.
Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! And they have the most amazing sunsets as it faces West.
Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination.
For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing and Norfolk Hideaway’s guests will receive a 10% discount on all courses at Hunstanton Watersports if you wish to try your hand.
Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain and it’s only a short walk away.
There are also great places to eat, all within walking distance of Bramley, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up!
The Lifeboat Station is a good place to visit, especially when in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight well worth seeing!
