A fabulous, stylish barn conversion set in a beautiful and peaceful rural location, yet under ten minutes' drive from the North Norfolk coast.
Butterfly Barn is a light and airy barn, with wonderful open countryside views. A large open-plan ground floor living area has a modern 'loft living' feel, with colourful, contemporary furniture adding a real zing. Full height windows on one side flood the space with light.
This lovely, rather romantic rural retreat will suit a couple or two, as well as friends and families, at any time of the year. It's a great get-away-from-it-all private location, somewhere to relax and unwind, but also a comfortable base from which to explore this lovely area of North Norfolk. From here you have easy access to local beaches, wonderful coastal and rural walks, shopping and eating in Sheringham, Cromer and Holt, and always somewhere peaceful to return to and relax at the end of a busy day.
Although there is a high bannister in place, parents need to be mindful of little ones who might be tempted to climb up the bannister (see photos).
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the barn (small additional charge), however, please respect house rules and keep dogs under control, the garden is not enclosed and there is side access into the owner's adjoining garden, where there is an uncovered pond.
As per the photos there is some restricted headroom in the upstairs bedrooms.

The shingled driveway can accommodate up to three cars.
Upper Gresham and Lower Gresham are peaceful rural villages set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you will find some lovely walks along lanes and tracks and through woodland.
Just five miles from the coastal resorts of Sheringham and Cromer, and seven miles to the popular market town of Holt, full of independent shops and galleries.
There are several National Trust properties nearby - Felbrigg Hall is one mile away, Sheringham Park a little further, and the stunning Blickling Hall about ten miles.
This is a birdwatcher's paradise; there's plenty to see on the doorstep, and the bird reserves at Cley, Blakeney and Scolt Head are all within easy driving distance.
You will find a pub a mile away, shop and petrol station just two miles away.
