We had an excellent stay at the cottage and would happily recommend it to other couples. It was only 45 minutes around to Hay for the Hay Festival as well as a perfect base for walking.

The cottage is in a lovely, scenic, peaceful location. There are many wild birds in the area for wildlife enthusiasts. The owner was really helpful and friendly, giving us bird feeders to hang outside, so we could watch them through the French windows.

Very nice accommodation in an excellent location to explore the area. Very nice touch with the welcoming gifts and Sarah met us on arrival to show us around the property which was much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and will hopefully return soon. Thanks

The property was in a wonderful location and provided everything we needed. Very comfortable - a real home away from home. We loved it. Take advantage of the paths nearby to go walking, make sure you visit Llanthony Priory and the Big Pit.

Beautiful views, comfortable modern cottage, plenty to see and do in area. Lots of walks. Walnut Tree in Abergavenny, is an expensive restaurant but magnificent food, as a special treat.

The cottage was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Visit Llanthony Priory ruins and Capel y Ffin and drive through Gospel Pass to Hay on Wye. Excellent food at The Crown, Pantygelli.
