The property and the owners of the property were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Not knowing Pembrokeshire, we picked Newport by chance and were delighted with our choice, as there are so many things to see/do within a 10 km radius. Inside, the property was as good as shown in the pictures and the neighbourhood was quiet. It is within walking distance from the coastal path and the town centre. The view exceeded all our expectations and we never grew tired of looking at the sea. Last but not least, the hosts, which live next door, were really friendly and helpful but at the same time, very discrete. Having stayed in many self catering accomodations in the UK or on the continent, we highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Use the Poppet Rocket to visit other parts of coast and to connect with walks on the coastal path. At this time of the year make sure you walk up the mountain to the rear of the property to see the display of lavender heather and yellow gorse - stunning! This was out second booking with Best of Wales.
