Very comfortable cottage in delightful spot overlooking peacful churchyard towards sunsets. Wonderful history and nature on the doorstep. Explored King's Lynn, Wells-next-the-Sea, Oxburgh Hall and Swaffham and loved every experience. So much more to see.

Fabulous stay, lovely cottage, beautifully presented and well equipped. Lovely welcome with biscuits, milk and tea provided. Very thoughtful. No issues with any equipment and everything worked fine - also lovely and clean. Had a great stay and will look forward to a return visit.

Excellent, comfortable, well equipped cottage. Brilliant location for beaches, walking and birding. Saw our first bearded tits at Titchwell. Our second visit and it will not be the last. Great holiday.

A lovely cottage in a great location. Everything we wanted or needed in easy reach in the village or in Swaffham. Enjoyed the hospitality of the Ostrich and Barnfields cafe several times!

Such a lovely, spacious cottage, the best we have stayed in yet. Spa shop very handy and fish and chips delicious! The circular walk via West Acre is great, the Stag pub nice but no dogs allowed indoors. Dabbling Duck great for a treat, local cafe lovely and Ostrich very hospitable.

This is our third visit and feel like this is home from home. Attended the Remembrance Service yesterday at the memorial and beautiful church. Mum, now 88 and a half still struggles a bit with steps to kitchen but hope to be back in the Summer.

Lovely cottage, very homely set in an unspoilt village with lots of history. Ideally placed for bird-watching areas, the coast and not far from Norwich. The cottage is clean and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay here and would come again.
