The spacious sitting room with its gorgeous wood burning stove, wooden floors, wooden beams, whitewashed walls and soft, squashy sofas is just perfect for curling up with a good book on an evening with a glass of something lovely. Combine this with the well-equipped social kitchen which is ideal for cooking up a treat, and you won’t want to leave. With a large oak dining table with seating for eight, long supper’s discussing the events of the day await. If the nights are light and warm, then the fully enclosed courtyard garden offers alfresco dining too.
Upstairs you’ll find four stylish bedrooms; two king-size, one with an en-suite and two singles (both singles with pull-out truckle beds beneath for children, allowing the property to sleep 8 when required). With comfortable beds, crisp linens, cushions and throws, you are assured of a good night’s sleep.
With walking and cycle routes literally on your doorstep and the nature and RSPB bird reserves only a short drive away at Titchwell, you won't be short of places to visit.
The property can accommodate eight guests using the two pull-out truckle beds in the single bedrooms.

To the front of the Coach House is a small seating area screened by attractive willow fencing with bench and log store.
At the rear there is a small fully-enclosed paved courtyard area with outdoor table and bench seating for up to eight people. A pedestrian gate leads to the additional shingled parking area.
Outside there is ample parking with two spaces on the brick weave parking area in front of the property and a single additional car/trailer or dinghy parking space to the rear of the property on a separate shingled driveway.
Docking is a lovely village just a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. With a village shop and pub in walking distance, plus great pub/restaurants just a short drive away you're in a great location to explore some of the best foodie haunts and beaches on this stretch of beautiful coast.
You'll discover one of the best farmer's markets in the area at Creake Abbey in North Creake on the first Saturday of the month, or if you're not up that weekend, then visit Drove Orchards Farm Shop in Thornham or Thornham Deli, the latter of which stocks a fabulous array of local produce.
For a bit of culture don’t forget to visit the nearby stately homes of Holkham Hall and Sandringham, HM The Queen’s country pad. Head to the RSPB reserves at Titchwell or Snettisham to appreciate the wonderful birdlife that frequent these shores; or take a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney point from Morston a little further afield.
The long sandy beaches at Brancaster and the popular harbour of Brancaster Staithe, great for kayaking and sailing, are only a short drive away.
The popular Georgian village of Burnham Market is also close by and well worth a visit. Here you'll find fashionable boutique shops, cafe’s, delicatessens and the acclaimed Hoste Arms Hotel and Restaurant, plus more intimate restaurants.
