Curlew Cottage is a stylishly renovated two bedroom cottage located in the village of Sedgeford.
The cosy and comfortable accommodation sleeps four people and is located just a couple of minutes away from the popular King William pub, which has an excellent restaurant.
Only five minutes drive from the stunning North Norfolk coastline - the nearest beaches are at Heacham and Snettisham - and ten minutes drive from HM The Queen's Norfolk residence, Sandringham House.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Entrance is at the rear by a half glazed door with porch and two steps down into the dining kitchen. Fitted with a range of modern units with stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap. A range of appliances including Bosch halogen hob with matching electric oven and cooker hood. Hotpoint dishwasher, microwave and under counter fridge with ice box. Pine table and chairs seating four, quarry tiled floor and latch door to sitting room.
A lovely light south facing sitting room with fireplace, multi fuel burner and tile hearth. Flat screen television and DVD player, stairs off to the first floor and family bathroom.
With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.

The garden is located to the side of the property, accessed by a pedestrian gate with brick weave patio area, pergola and circular seating and shed housing the oil fired boiler.
The beautiful village of Sedgeford is of significant archaeological interest and has been since 1996. The excavation site is open to the public for viewing with the evidence of remaining Iron Age artefacts and much more. The King William serves home cooked food whether eating by the warmth of a cosy winters fire or relaxing in the summer sun in the garden, and even the dogs are welcome!
The area is rich in natural beauty and heritage, not forgetting it is only a short drive from several different glorious beaches, and historic towns with plenty of attractions for all the family.
The Peddars Way ancient long distance path runs through Sedgeford.
