Greendune is a very modern property with sea and coastal views looking out towards Carbis Bay and St Ives. The property is situated close to play area for children, so would be ideal for a family with children. The property has a very homely feel and has a nautical theme throughout. There is car parking which has space for two cars, situated at the back of the property. Sit down and relax in the sun whilst taking in the views on the outside terrace or take a short walk down to the beach. This property is also pet friendly, so why not bring your four legged friend with you.

Prices for the 2020 season include full bed linen (beds made up) and towels for the whole property.

Lounge/Diner – The lounge is very modern and well presented. The marine theme continues throughout the property. French doors and a big window allows plenty of light into the property. There is a three seater sofa, dining table with four chairs and three separate comfy chairs. A digital flat screen TV with a DVD player. From the dining table and main three seater sofa there are views of Carbis Bay and Lelant.

Kitchen – A fairly modern and medium sized kitchen. There is a full size cooker with four hobs. There is also a washing machine and microwave. There are plenty of cupboards for storage. There is a fridge/ freezer which is a full size fridge and a small freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, glasses, bowls and plates. The kitchen will have everything you need to make a meal. There is also a dining table ideal for gathering around

Bathroom - Roomy modern bathroom with toilet, bath, separate shower cubicle and large sink. Small towel rail behind the door and tiled flooring. A bath matt will be provided in the property.

Bedroom 1- Light and spacious double bedroom. The room contains a chest of five drawers, clothes rail, small heater and two storage baskets. The large window lets in plenty of light and has views overlooking the park. Double duvet quilt and two pillows are provided.

Bedroom 2- Contemporary and airy double bedroom. Well furnished with a chest of three drawers, a large mirror, wicker chair, bedside table with lamp. Plenty of space for a cot in this bedroom. Views from the window of the children’s play area and surrounding site.

Bedroom 3- Up to date and fairly large room. Single child's size bunk beds, great fun for the children. Furnishings consist of bedside table and wardrobe. Views from the window look out over Hayle, Lelant, Carbis Bay and St Ives

This property accepts dogs at £32 each per week. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Situation- Located on Riviere Towans, the site has over 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay. It is one of the oldest holiday parks in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual, privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges. Many of these have stunning sea views and all are within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and only a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches, but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

2019 Linen - We provide duvets and pillows, and guests are asked to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you would prefer to arrive having all beds made up and towels provided ready for your holiday, we do provide a linen service at additional cost.

2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied..
