Lounge– Modern, quirky and spacious lounge consists of a two seater sofa, three chairs and two stools. There is a flat screen digital TV with a DVD player. Wall mounted heater. There is also a cabinet with two doors and a coffee table with a lamp in the far corner of the lounge. For those slightly cooler nights there is a wall mounted heater to keep you warm. The lounge has views out onto the surrounding park.
Bedroom 1- Large double bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom is modern and decorated in natural colours.There will be a double duvet and four pillows in this bedroom. Modern and light bedroom with plenty of storage space and room for a cot, this room would be ideal for parents with a baby/infant. In this bedroom there is a large wooden wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and a chest of six drawers.
Bedroom 2- Fairly large modern double bedroom with a double bed. There will be a double duvet and four pillows provided in this bedroom. There is a large window with views overlooking the surrounding park area. Furniture consists of a chair and a chest of three drawers.
Bedroom 3- Modern twin/ bunk room. Two single beds one raised as a bunk bed style. The room is decorated in a nautical theme, with light blue walls and white furniture. There are two small chest of drawers and a small window with views overlooking Carbis Bay and St Ives.
Shower room- Large modern shower room with sink and cupboards underneath. Electric shower with spacious cubicle and pull across curtain. There is also a small mirror, towel rail and a small window with frosted glass.
Toilet- The toilet is in a separate room to left hand side of the hallway.
Hallway- Spacious hallway with hooks to hang coats and leave shoes.
Kitchen- Modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a full size cooker, four hobs and two ovens. There is a full size fridge with a small freezer in the top. A washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table and four chairs.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Situation- Located on Riviere Towans, the site has over 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay. It is one of the oldest holiday parks in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual, privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges. 2019 Linen - We provide duvets and pillows, and guests are asked to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you would prefer to arrive having all beds made up and towels provided ready for your holiday, we do provide a linen service at additional cost.
