An excellent and well equipped cottage in a beautiful part of the country. Lovely views over the fields and a host that made every effort for us to enjoy our stay. A great location for a number of activities which are fairly close by. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was the best and most thoughtfully equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. We wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and clean, the kitchen had all mod cons, the bathroom was sparkling and the shower was amazing. It was faultless. Absolutely delighted with the beautiful cottage and surrounding countryside. Battle and Hastings were great places to visit and we also loved the gardens at Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle. We were also made to feel very welcome by the owners.

Jane went the extra mile to make the cottage homely and welcoming- she provided us with coffee and cakes, home produced honey and vegetables and there were wonderful fresh flowers in the rooms.
