We have enjoyed a superb week in this lovely comfortable cottage which is so well equipped. The younger people have done some long walk including Cadair Idris. The C.A.T is amazing and well worth a visit. Our favourite unspoilt pub is the Dovey Valley Hotel at Cemmaes Road. Thank you for your warm welcome and tea and cake on arrival. We hope to return before too long. Thank you very much

A lovely cottage set in a beautiful surroundings. Received a lovely warm welcome. The cottage is perfect for a holiday in Mid Wales, and easy access to Machynlleth, Aberdovey, Barmouth and Aberystwyth. A great relaxing holiday, walking along the beach and wondering around shops, cafe's etc. Beautiful scenery and friendly people. A well equipped cottage with lovely hosts. Well worth a visit.

Very comfortable and well equipped with plenty of room for four people. We appreciated the "on tap" heating - in June! Very peaceful situation with easy access to local attractions. Would definitely stay at Degwm again.

Superb property. Beautiful barn conversion in a lovely setting. Owners on site, very pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. Equipment generous - we had three family members visit us and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. Machynlleth market day Wednesday. Slate area of Corris interesting - drop in to Idris Stores for best coffee in Wales (so their customers claim).

Excellent accommodation, excellent surroundings, excellent welcome by the owners, 10/10. We had a lovely day at the Talyllyn Railway. Beautiful scenery, excellent customer service and wonderful lunch and afternoon tea put on for us on our Drive a Steam Train Experience. Wonderful day by all and good value for money.

A very comfortable cottage, well eguipped, clean, nice and helpful owners. The owners have done a splendid job in refurbishing/renovating the barn!
Check the official snowdonia site for walks. The panorama walk from Barmouth and the Minffordd walk of Cader idris (http://www.eryri-npa.gov.uk) are beautiful. The nearby Dyfi Woods offer nice short walks (http://www.naturalresources.wales/dyfiforest) Dollegau is a town with character.
