Karenza is situated in a central position on a grassed bank.This property has the advantage of superb views overlooking the Bay from the lounge and a couple of bedrooms. Spacious lounge/diner with a three seater sofa and two single seats. There is also outside seating available.
Prices for the 2020 season include full bed linen (beds made up) and towels for the whole property.

What the property has to offer.....
Lounge/Diner- The property has a very traditional large lounge/diner ideal for a large family staying together. The lounge has a digital flat screen TV with DVD player. The lounge/diner merges into the kitchen, this is a very open planned property and has used the space the property has to offer well. There is also a dining table with six chairs.
Bedroom 1- Just off the lounge there is the first bedroom. Very light and spacious bedroom with stunning views of St. Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse. This bedroom consists of bunk beds.
Bedroom 2- This room has two single beds and is also large and spacious. The large window allows plenty of light into the bedroom, there are views of Godrevy lighthouse from the window. This room consists of a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe with two drawers and a portable fan heater. Two single duvets and two pillows will be provided in this bedroom.
Bedroom 3- This is a double bedroom with a double bed, double duvet and four pillows. Very light and spacious with views of the Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse. The room consists of a bedside table and lamp, a built in wardrobe as well as an additional wardrobe.
Kitchen- The kitchen is very spacious and is attached to the lounge. The kitchen is very traditional and is tiled all around. Marble look alike units and wooden cupboards, plenty of storage space. Standard fridge with small freezer in the top. There is a small cooker with four hobs and two ovens one large and one small. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal.
Bathroom- Long and narrow bathroom separated by shower curtain and toilet door. Modern electric shower and fairly spacious cubicle. The bathroom is light due to two fairly large frosted glass windows.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.
Situation- Located on Riviere Towans, the site has over 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay. It is one of the oldest holiday parks in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual, privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges. Many of these have stunning sea views and all are within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and only a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches, but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied..
