Bonnie Banks is a very light, airy and spacious centrally heated bungalow decorated with a contemporary nautical theme. It is situated in an elevated position offering breathtaking uninterrupted far reaching views of Lelant Beach, Hayle Estuary, Lelant Saltings and West Cornwall from the spacious open plan lounge diner.

Bonnie Banks is South West facing, taking full advantage of the afternoon and evening sun.

Outside you will find a 6 seater picnic bench to the side of the property, as well as benches at the front, all with superb views.

Parking is adjacent to the property.

Prices for the 2020 season include full bed linen (beds made up) and towels for the whole property.

If you don’t want or need all the beds made up you can state your preference at booking and you can save money off the booking price:
£12 discount for each double bed you don’t require
£6 discount for each single bed you don’t require

Lounge/Diner - The property has a large lounge diner. With a wall mounted 32” digital flat screen TV with DVD player.
In the lounge area is a large (8 foot wide) window with spectacular views, large leather corner suite with recliner chair, coffee table, wall mounted radiator and wall mounted reading lamp.

The lounge/diner is loosely divided by a large breakfast bar with bar stools (washing machine can be found behind a door under the breakfast bar).

The Kitchen area consists of: a large window with superb views, a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with plenty of storage space, a four ring ceramic hob with extractor above, integrated undercounter cooker and integrated undercounter fridge with freezer compartment.

Bathroom –spacious room with a pebble textured floor, Large (900mm) quadrant corner shower with rainfall shower. Wall mounted ladder style radiator, sink, WC and large wall mounted mirror.

Situation- Located on Riviere Towans, the site has over 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay. It is one of the oldest holiday parks in the country, with the first chalets constructed in the early 1920s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual, privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges. Many of these have stunning sea views and all are within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and only a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches, but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied.. You have the option of not having linen at all, simply asking for the beds you need to be made up or have all beds made up for your arrival. Save money and help the planet. See Linen for details.
