Easter Cottage is a pretty and welcoming cottage in a very peaceful rural location with good views of the surrounding countryside and is only a 25-minute walk to Burnham Market village.

Easter Cottage is a pretty and welcoming cottage in a very peaceful rural location with good views of the surrounding countryside and is only a 25-minute walk to Burnham Market village.

Lovingly looked after by the owners, this charming cottage attracts many repeat visitors who come to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the location. The moment you step inside, this cottage it feels warm and homely. With pamment-style tiles and warm colours throughout, this cottage has become a firm favourite with Norfolk Hideaways' guests over the years.

The dual aspect sitting room offers views of both the front and back garden and there is a wood burning stove which you can snuggle down and enjoy during the winter months. In the summer, open the french doors and let the sunshine in. There is a separate dining room with table seating six and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Off the kitchen there is a handy boot/utility room, perfect for removing muddy boots and wellies and drying dogs after a day on the beach!

The large garden to the front and rear of the cottage is perfect for children and dogs who will adore the space to run and play in.and there are good walks and cycling routes right from the front door.

The garden attracts plenty of bird and wildlife and you are likely to spot deer, muntjack, hares, rabbits, pheasants and partridges during your stay and owls if you are lucky.

Located on a quiet single lane road, you are just a five-minute drive into Burnham Market which boasts plenty of restaurants, boutiques, shops and delicatessens, plus a butcher, fishmonger and cafe's. The Hoste pub and restaurant with its beauty spa is also located in the village, which over time has attracted many celebrities. Now you might spot the young royals as they pop into Humble Pie to buy their favourite chocolate biscuit cake. For excellent food head to No.Twenty9, Socius or 20 North Street in the village. Brancaster beach is only 10-minute drive away where you can while away a day sunbathing in the dunes. If you have children, head to the Jolly Sailors pub/restaurant on the way home for some good home-cooked food including freshly-baked pizzas.

With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
Dining room
This light room has a table seating six and a feature (non-working) fireplace.
Kitchen
Well-equipped kitchen with Belfast sink, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and bench seat.
Utility/boot room
This practical room has space for boots and there's enough room for your dog to be dried off. There is a Belfast sink and washing machine/tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
This large dual aspect room has views to the front and rear and features a cast iron double bedstead, lots of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and lamps.
Bedroom two
A pretty double bedroom with views to the front, set of drawers, hanging space.
Bedroom three
A single bedroom with a full-size single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers.

Outside:
The large front garden is laid to lawn with shrubs which is flanked by woodland to the side of the property and there are open countryside views.
The back garden is laid to lawn and enclosed with chicken wire along the bottom of the post and rail fencing, although wildlife does tend to wander into the garden!
There is garden furniture to the front and rear.
You will find a barbecue stored in the shed at the bottom of the garden and additional logs for using during the winter months.
There is a washing line plus an outside tap, perfect for washing down muddy paws!
There is parking for three cars on the gravel driveway to the front.




Located a few minutes from the coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Burnham Market is for many people the jewel in North Norfolk's crown. A stunning Georgian village with a green surrounded by 18th century houses, shops, chic boutiques and of course The Hoste Arms, one of the best known and most popular places to eat and drink in North Norfolk.
The village has a range of amenities including doctors’ and post office as well as an abundance of small village independent shops including a butcher, fresh fish shop, bookshops, art galleries, caefe's, restaurants, a good wine merchant, Satchells, and a popular delicatessen, Humble Pie. The village playing field has all weather tennis courts.
This trendy village has become ever-popular over recent years due to its location to the sailing harbours at Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course at Brancaster.
The nearest beach is at Brancaster which is a short five-minute drive away or head to Wells-next-the-Sea which is around 10-minutes' away.
Holkham Hall and is parkland is well worth a visit.
