Eastgate Barn is a cosy conversion of a 17th century barn in the heart of Holme-Next-The-Sea, just minutes away from the beaches and nature reserves, and the village pub is a short stroll from the front door.

The open-plan living space is heavily beamed and encompasses sitting, dining and kitchen areas. There is a patio dining area in the front courtyard, and to the rear of the property there is a further patio with garden furniture overlooking the owners' beautiful gardens.

To the front of the barn there is a small patio with a table and four chairs. To the rear is another patio area with a rotary dryer. Guests are welcome to sit on the grass at the front of the patio to enjoy the owners beautiful gardens.
There is a shared driveway with the owner’s property and parking for two cars.



The pretty village of Holme-Next-the-Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve.
Peddars Way, the Roman road stretches right down to the coast giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path.
The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is 3 miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than 5 minutes drive.
The local pub, The White Horse, serves good food and has a playground area for children.
