The house is in a lovely peaceful position and you really can hear the sea from the garden. With a well-equipped kitchen, sunny sitting room and conservatory, three bedrooms and pretty, enclosed gardens front and back, Ebb and Flow has become a firm favourite with dog lovers looking for a comfortable stay in North Norfolk. The owner has recorded over 100 species of birds in the garden including Avocets, Turtle Doves and Barn Owls. Birdfeeders are an excellent source of entertainment! There is garden furniture front and back and sun loungers available too, along with a good selection of outdoor games including boules and quoits, a dartboard and air hockey table.
This property has digital electronic time/thermostat managed radiators in all rooms controlled individually at the radiator or by a remote.
The property is approached along an unmade road with speed bumps so not suitable for very low slung sporty vehicles!
Ebb and Flow welcomes two dogs (three by arrangement), small additional charge.

To the rear is a pretty garden with garden furniture.
The garden is fully-enclosed with fencing both back and front with a side gate which separates the back grass and front shingle - so dogs and children can be segregated!
Parking for three cars on the shingled front area.
The pretty village of Holme-Next-the-Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. To walk to the beach will only take 10 minutes.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve only a few minutes’ walk and there is access to the bird hide.
Peddars Way, the Roman road stretches right down to the coast giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path.
The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is 3 miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than 5 minutes drive.
The local pub, The White Horse, serves good food and has a playground area for children.
