A traditional brick and chalk house standing back from the road in a quiet street in the charming holiday village of Holme-next-the-Sea. This well-presented three-bedroom property is spacious and well-equipped, within an enclosed garden.

Saltmarshes is the perfect holiday home for families, birdwatchers and those keen to enjoy the peace and beauty of the North Norfolk coast. Having been beautifully furnished, the three bedroom accommodation sleeps up to six guests, with a large enclosed garden, and is ideally located in the popular holiday village of Holme-next-the-Sea. With off road parking for up to four vehicles, Saltmarshes is a traditional brick and chalk house standing back from the road in a quiet street.

Nearby is the family friendly White Horse pub which has a large beer garden and children's adventure play area.

Additional Information
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dog to the kitchen and hallway only.
One basket of wood is provided; more is available with donation to an honesty box.

Ground Floor:
Large scrubbed table, built-in electric hob and sink, double oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a 32” smart LCD television.
With WC and wash basin.
Sitting room
Seating in the peaceful sitting room is for six guests, with a wood burning stove and a 50” LCD smart television with separate DVD player.
French windows lead from the sitting room into a large conservatory with pine wooden floor, comfortable sofas and an armchair.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
Super-king size bed, wardrobe and views over the garden and adjoining paddock.
En-suite shower room
With a power shower WC and wash basin.
Bedroom two
With a king-size bed and chest of drawers. Views over the marshes.
Bedroom three
With twin single beds and views over the marshes.
Family bathroom
With bath, power shower, wash basin and WC.

Access to the large, enclosed garden is from the conservatory or via an outside side gate from the front drive. The garden also has a patio with furniture and a barbecue in the summer.
Plenty of parking in brick weave driveway.

The pretty village of Holme Next the Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature reserve.
Peddars Way, the Roman road stretches right down to the coast, giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path.
The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is three miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than five minutes drive.
