Sandpipers is a surprisingly spacious end terrace cottage with the most stunning views over the saltmarshes at Brancaster Staithe.
The accommodation has been beautifully furnished to a high standard with flair and imagination, using vintage pieces that have been beautifully repainted and refurbished.
The highlights of the cottage are the airy bright sitting room with panoramic views over the lawns to the saltmarsh and sea beyond, along with the amazing master bedroom, again with wonderful views - right from your cosy bed! There are three further bedrooms; a twin, a bunk room and a single with full-sized comfortable truckle bed. With plenty of off road parking and direct access to the coastal path, this is a wonderful place for a holiday at any time of year.
Two well behaved dog are welcome (small additional charge).
Duvets and pillows are a mixture of feather and synthetic.
there is no access onto the first floor balcony.
Sitting room/dining room
A fabulous room with the most incredible views over the marshes to the sea beyond. Double aspect windows give a light and airy feel to the room. Comfortable chairs and sofas surround the wood burning stove. To one side is a large screen television and DVD player. Dining table and chairs, dresser, side tables and lamps. WiFi available.
Contemporary style kitchen, very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Double oven and induction hob. Breakfast table and chairs.
With tumble dryer and washing machine, sink and door to rear garden.
Contemporary shower room with chrome rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail
With book case and side tables. Coat cupboard and selection of games.

The house is in a quiet situation off the main road at the end of a terrace. The gardens are spacious and laid to lawn with direct access to the coastal path and salt marshes (please note there is a right of way for the other cottages over the grass to the gate onto the marsh) The views are stunning and uninterrupted. Wooden garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
There is parking for three cars.
Brancaster Staithe, just a couple of minutes drive from Brancaster, bustles with sailors. Home to Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, the harbour is a busy place. Fresh seafood and coffee can be had from the shed on the quay (in high season)or you can go up to The Jolly Sailors where children, muddy dogs and boots are welcomed.
For more formal dining The White Horse provides a spectacular view of the marshes where you can enjoy the local seafood whilst watching the tide come in over the creeks. The Fish Shed gives you the opportunity to take home some great local produce.
Kayaks and boats can be hired from Northshore Sport and Leisure.
Brancaster Staithe is right on the Norfolk Coast Path. Fresh mussels can be bought on the quay direct from the fishermen, or try Mervyn in the village, he will have a sign out!
