Seagrass boasts a large dining kitchen and a choice of comfortable seating in the sitting room/snug areas with ample seating and a modern fireplace with wood burning stove.

Finished to a high standard, Seagrass is perfect for families of varying ages with three double bedrooms, all en-suite, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout whilst the upstairs rooms have radiators apart from the en-suite which has a heated towel rail. Bi-fold doors open onto the raised decked area, a perfect place to enjoy the evening sun.

The room features a modern wood burning stove with built-in log storage and stylish white shutters to all the windows. There is a flat screen television with Freeview and DVD player. The snug area has two decorative print sofas and a rustic table. The bi-fold doors lead onto the raised decking area with attractive lighting.and under-floor heating.
Dining kitchen
A beautiful spacious kitchen breakfast room with vaulted beamed ceiling and a quality fitted kitchen with Silestone worktops. The kitchen area includes a Belfast sink and mixer taps, integrated appliances including a 70/30 fridge freezer and dishwasher, electric oven with halogen hob and cooker hood. There is a large farmhouse table and chairs, plenty of room for visiting guests in this wonderfully social space.
Utility room
With window to rear overlooking the rear courtyard garden, washing machine and airing cupboard. There is an external door the side/rear garden.

With corner bowl wash basin, WC, wall lighting and small window.

Outside:
The raised deck is a wonderfully social space and leads out from Seagrass through the bi-fold doors. The garden is fully enclosed by a wall and fencing with decorative lighting on the decking and steps leading to the lawn. There is a quiet corner of the garden with terrace and bench, an ideal spot to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.There is a charcoal barbecue.
There is a large brick-weave driveway giving parking for four cars.



Thornham is picturesque yet vibrant and is an old smuggling village right on the North Norfolk Coast. Wide expanses of salt marsh separate the village from the sea and it is a paradise for walkers and birdwatchers.
There are several great places to eat including Thornham Deli, selling all manner of local produce, cakes, specialities and great coffee (and breakfast and lunch too!), The Lifeboat Inn, an old smuggling haunt complete with heavy beams and roaring fires, is great for relaxed dining whilst The Orange Tree is a great gastro pub. Head to The Chequers and enjoy a variety of dishes. You will love Drove Orchards at the end of the village, which started as a farm shop and pick-your-own-fruit farm, but which has now evolved into so much more! Now boasting a fresh fish bar, Eric's fish and chips (such a cool place) and Schucks restaurant which is housed in a yurt you will adore the diversity of this little village right on the coast.
The beach, reached by a walk past the harbour and over the sea defence and over the salt marshes, is stunning and you will be rewarded by peace and quiet whatever time of year you are visiting. Outside of the village you will find other spectacular beaches; Old Hunstanton; Holme-next-the-Sea; Titchwell and Brancaster, where a few miles further don't miss one of the best beaches in the UK at Holkham Estate, where you can also explore the hall and its vast parkland.
At Wells-next-the-Sea you will adore crabbing on the quay or visit the seals at nearby Morston or Blakeney. HM The Queen's Sandringham Estate is close by as is the Titchwell RSPB Reserve, or head to Holme Dunes nature reserve run by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust.
