To the ground floor of the villa is a relaxed and spacious living room with a large sofa facing a TV with a full scale snooker table for guest’s entertainment? Leading off from the living room is a large and well equipped principal kitchen ideal for preparing large dinner parties as well as more informal light meals, with an electric oven, toaster electric kettle, an American coffee maker, microwave, blender and a BBQ. A child high chair is also provided. A spacious dining room featuring a splendid large wooden table suitable for large parties is ideally situated next to the kitchen, and from these rooms guests can walk straight out onto the sunny lake view balcony terrace which is perfect for memorable alfresco lunches and dinner parties, as well as for elegant evening aperitifs.
Situated to the lower basement floor of the villa is a shower room, a second bathroom with bath tub and a useful laundry room with washing machine, clothes horse and ironing equipment which can be accessed by both guests and maids.
To the first floor of the villa are the principal sleeping areas with 3 splendid lake view double bedrooms and 2 lake view twin single bedrooms which can be transformed to double beds if needed. A balcony can be accessed from 3 of the bedrooms and the first floor conveniently features 3 modern luxury shower rooms.
To the second floor of the villa in the attic, is a self contained apartment ideal for travelling staff with 1 master bedroom, a second room capable of accommodating another double bed if required and a modern bathroom featuring a shower and bath tub. A study with a writing desk and sofa bed features as well as a charming living room and kitchen with an electrical oven and dishwasher. A private balcony ideal for sunbathing and furnished with outdoors dining table and chairs provides a lovely quiet spot to enjoy the views.
Outside guests can enjoy the splendid and well-manicured 5000sqm lake front grounds which feature sunny lawns, a private outdoor swimming pool (open from May – October) and covered parking bays for cars.
For guest’s entertainment, other than the villas Sat TVs, DVD player and HI-FI, a Games room in the grounds can also be enjoyed, with a Gym, a tennis table, ping pong table and bowling alley.
A boat pontoon is also situated close to the villa and can be used for boat excursion collection points.

The glorious lake front gardens of Villa Melzi are open to the public and a frequent car and passenger ferry service operates to the other golden triangle towns of Menaggio and Varenna.
Lecco is an industrial city with a rich history and offering a wide choice of modern day amenities including a convenient train service to Milan.
